Our managing member, David Rosenthal was a Florida licensed title agent. Having owned a title company, David saw the need for a lien search company that produced accurate and quick searches.
David was also a municipal fire and code enforcement officer. David is an expert in Public Records Research and the Public Records Florida Statutes, which is Chapter 119, Also known as The “Sunshine” Law.
